Pacific Rim Cuisine
Mix Pacific Rim serves ramen, sushi rolls, sashimi, and Pacific Rim–inspired entrées on University Avenue in Las Cruces, with dine-in and curbside pickup available. A second location inside NMSU’s Frenger Food Court brings a shorter, campus-friendly menu to students and staff between classes.
Both locations share a name and a kitchen philosophy — bold broths, fresh rolls, and Pacific Rim flavor — while keeping their own menus, hours, and service styles.
